Cancellation, refunds and digital delivery (English)

EnglishAI is a digital service; nothing is shipped physically. This policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010. Where they differ, the law applies.

• Delivery: after a successful web payment, access opens right away on the account you bought with. If access is not open within 24 hours, email [email protected]. iPhone purchases are delivered and managed by Apple.
• Cancellation: you may cancel a web purchase within 14 days of the purchase or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later. We refund within 14 days of your notice, to the same payment method, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, as the law allows. Seniors (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel distance purchases within 4 months, under the conditions in the law.
• Recurring subscriptions: cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of your notice and there are no further charges.
• How: email, phone or WhatsApp +972-52-387-5171, or from your account, with your name, account email and receipt number. iPhone in-app purchases are cancelled and refunded through Apple.
