מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אישי EnglishAI אוספת באתר english-ai.fun, בדף amirnet.english-ai.fun ובאפליקציות, למה, עם מי הוא משותף, כמה זמן הוא נשמר ומה הזכויות שלכם לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א 1981 ותיקון 13 לחוק.

מי אחראי על המידע

השירות מופעל על ידי ניב אסייג, ישראל ("אנחנו"). לפניות בנושא פרטיות: [email protected] או בטלפון/WhatsApp +972-52-387-5171.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

  • פרטי חשבון שאתם מוסרים: שם, כתובת דוא"ל, טלפון (אם מסרתם) ותמונת פרופיל מחשבון Google או Apple אם התחברתם דרכם.
  • נתוני למידה: התקדמות, תרגולים, תשובות, הקלטות קול ותמלולים בשיעורי דיבור, וטקסטים שאתם שולחים לבדיקה.
  • נתוני תשלום: התשלום מתבצע אצל PayPlus (באתר) או Apple (באפליקציה). איננו שומרים מספרי כרטיס אשראי; אנחנו מקבלים אישור תשלום, סכום, מסלול ומספר קבלה.
  • מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, יומני שגיאות ואבטחה (כולל Google reCAPTCHA נגד שימוש לרעה).
  • עוגיות ומדידה: רק אם אישרתם בבאנר העוגיות. ראו מדיניות עוגיות.

אינכם חייבים על פי חוק למסור לנו מידע. בלי פרטי חשבון לא נוכל לפתוח לכם חשבון ולשמור את ההתקדמות שלכם.

למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

  • מתן השירות: חשבון, שיעורים, משוב AI, שמירת התקדמות וגישה למסלול ששילמתם עליו.
  • חיוב, קבלות ותמיכה.
  • אבטחה, מניעת הונאות ועמידה בחובות לפי דין.
  • שיפור המוצר, ובהסכמתכם בלבד: מדידה (Google Analytics) ופרסום (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
  • דיוור שיווקי רק אם הסכמתם, עם אפשרות הסרה בכל הודעה, לפי סעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת.

עם מי המידע משותף

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. אנחנו משתמשים בספקים שמעבדים מידע עבורנו, רק לצורך מתן השירות: Google (Firebase לחשבונות ומסד נתונים, Gemini, reCAPTCHA, ובהסכמה Analytics ו-Ads), OpenAI (מנוע AI למשוב), Heroku/Salesforce (אחסון השרת), Cloudflare (רשת והגנה), PayPlus (סליקה), Apple (רכישות באפליקציה ו"התחברות עם Apple"), ובהסכמה בלבד Meta ו-TikTok (מדידת פרסום). נמסור מידע לרשויות רק כשהדין מחייב.

העברת מידע לחו"ל

חלק מהספקים שומרים מידע בשרתים מחוץ לישראל, בעיקר בארצות הברית ובאיחוד האירופי, בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה).

כמה זמן המידע נשמר

מידע חשבון ולמידה נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל. אחרי מחיקת חשבון המידע נמחק, למעט מסמכי חיוב וקבלות שנשמרים כנדרש בדיני המס. אפשר לבקש מחיקת חשבון במייל או לפי הנחיות מחיקת מידע.

אבטחה

אנחנו מפעילים אמצעי אבטחה מקובלים (הצפנה בתעבורה, הרשאות גישה מוגבלות, הגנת CSRF ו-App Check). אין אבטחה מוחלטת באינטרנט; אם יתגלה אירוע אבטחה חמור נפעל לפי תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע).

קטינים

השירות מיועד גם לתלמידים. משתמשים מתחת לגיל 18 צריכים הסכמה של הורה או אפוטרופוס לפתיחת חשבון ולרכישה.

הזכויות שלכם

לפי סעיפים 13 ו-14 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שמוחזק עליכם ולבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן. אפשר גם לבקש הסרה מדיוור ולחזור בכם מהסכמה לעוגיות בכל עת. פנו ל-[email protected] ונשיב תוך 30 יום. אפשר גם לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.

שינויים

נעדכן את המדיניות בעמוד הזה ונשנה את תאריך העדכון. על שינוי מהותי נודיע במייל או באפליקציה.

Privacy policy (English)

This policy explains what personal data EnglishAI collects on english-ai.fun, amirnet.english-ai.fun and in the apps, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and your rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment 13.

Who is responsible

The service is operated by Niv Asayag, Israel. Privacy contact: [email protected], phone/WhatsApp +972-52-387-5171.

What we collect

  • Account details you give us: name, email, phone (optional) and profile photo from Google or Apple sign-in.
  • Learning data: progress, practice, answers, voice recordings and transcripts in speaking lessons, and texts you submit for checking.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by PayPlus (web) or Apple (app). We never store card numbers; we receive the payment confirmation, amount, plan and receipt number.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, error and security logs (including Google reCAPTCHA against abuse).
  • Cookies and measurement: only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See the cookie policy.

You are not legally required to give us any data, but without account details we cannot open an account or save your progress.

Why we use it

To provide the service and the plan you paid for, to bill and support you, for security and legal duties, and only with your consent for analytics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and marketing email (with an unsubscribe link in every message).

Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. Processors that act for us: Google (Firebase, Gemini, reCAPTCHA, and with consent Analytics and Ads), OpenAI (AI feedback), Heroku/Salesforce (hosting), Cloudflare (network and protection), PayPlus (payments), Apple (in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple), and with consent only Meta and TikTok. Some store data outside Israel, mainly in the United States and the EU.

Retention, security and minors

Account and learning data are kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete the account, except billing records we must keep for tax law. We use standard security measures. Users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's consent.

Your rights

You may review your data and ask us to correct or delete it, unsubscribe from marketing and withdraw cookie consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
